I don't think, in my time as a baseball fan, that I can remember such a trade-centric offseason. Normally trades are in-season patches and deadline splashes, with the winter for an occasional barter and voluminous contract deal-striking. Remember 2000? Rodriguez, Ramirez, Hampton and Mussina. Yowzahs.

Here are the players that (from what I've read) have been rumored to be dealt from or to Boston (either in widely reported speculation, or even the tiniest of blurbs):

Manny Ramirez, Trot Nixon, Matt Clement, Bronson Arroyo, David Wells, Doug Mirabelli, Kevin Youkilis, Mike Lowell, Kelly Shoppach, Abe Alvarez, Dustin Pedroia, Brandon Moss, Manny Delcarmen

Bobby Abreu, Jason Michaels, Troy Glaus, Javier Vazquez, {Diamondbacks prospect(s)}, Ervin Santana, Darin Erstad, Adam Kennedy, Steve Finley, {Angels prospect(s)}, Lastings Milledge, Aaron Heilman, Cliff Floyd, Xavier Nady, Steve Trachsel, Kris Benson, Kip Wells, Mark Redman, Julio Lugo, Aubrey Huff, Sean Casey, Adam Dunn, JC Romero, Kyle Lohse, Scott Baker, Justin Duchscherer, Alfonso Soriano, Kevin Mench, Lyle Overbay, Dave Roberts, Mark Loretta, Akinori Otsuka, Scott Linebrink, Jeff Burroughs, Jeff Kent, Hee Seop Choi, Jonathan Broxton, Odalis Perez, Edwin Jackson, JD Drew, Yhency Brazoban, Milton Bradley

This also doesn't count the parts of the trades we ALREADY have completed, including Josh Beckett, Mike Lowell, Jermain Van Buren, Hanley Ramirez, Anibal Sanchez, Jesus Delgado, Harvey Garcia and 2 mL PTBNL.

Crazy offseason... stuff to report in the next couple days, I'm sure.
